The Body Shop is a brand I've been loving for the past few years, so today I thought I'd tell you about the products I use and my favourites. The Body Shop have a range of products from skincare, to bodycare and even makeup. My best friend Sarah bought me the Strawberry Body Butter for my birthday years ago and the love affair began. Super thick, creamy formula means super soft post shaved legs and great before tanning to remove any dry skin. I now own the Strawberry one (a different pot to the one my friend bought me years ago) and the Vanilla Bliss one which was limited edition at christmas. I use the Strawberry when I'm looking for something sweet and the vanilla when I want something with more of a fresh scent. There's never not one of these in my makeup corner!
Another side of the Body Shop that I love is their skincare, specifically their Vitamin E range. The Serum-in-Oil was a launch that really caught my attention as I was looking to add a facial oil to my skincare stash. I'd describe it as quite a light oil, and it's done wonders for my normal/dry skin. Three drops in the palm at night then patted all over equals a glowing smooth complexion the next morning. My only qualm is that you can't see how much you have left, but the product inside is incredible. While searching for a cheaper hydrating serum I came across the Vitamin E Moisture Serum, which I've compared to Hydarluron here. It's much lighter than hydraluron and less gel like making it perfect for morning when you need your skincare to sink in quickly before running out of the door - maybe that's just me! I've tried two eye creams from T.B.S the Vitamin E Eye Cream and the Aloe Eye Defence Cream. The latter of the two is a more recent purchase but it's a love-at-first-use. I love the fact it comes with a pump, it makes it easy to get the right amount of product and it super sanitary. The Vitamin E Eye Cream is slightly thicker but lovely for a super moisturise of those peepers.
Finally the only makeup item I own is the Body Shop Honey Bronzer. The second Essiebutton spoke about this I knew I needed it, and as T.B.S have sales on a lot I managed to bag this for £6.50 online. I use this everyday I use foundation/CC Cream as a contour shade to try and give my chubby face some sculpting. The colour is really natural, and easy to blend - I've had a full rave about it here.
Have you tried anything from The Body Shop? What are your must-haves?
